Miguel Crespo

Founder and Head Coach

With a Bachelor’s degree in Sports Science and a postgraduate degree in Rehabilitation and Sports Medicine, Miguel embarked on his professional journey as a personal trainer and certified CrossFit coach. Additionally, he manages the Sports Optimization Center for the Portuguese Rugby Team at Sporting CP. Over the years, Miguel has assisted a wide range of clients, from busy professionals to individuals striving for weight loss, seniors, and even Olympic athletes. Drawing from this experience, Miguel has developed a unique training methodology. He advocates for a structured and adaptable approach to workouts, tailored to accommodate varying skill levels and individual objectives. Miguel firmly believes that this personalized approach is pivotal in empowering individuals to achieve their fitness goals while enhancing their overall well-being and quality of life. Miguel is also a specialty coffee enthusiast, finding joy in exploring the complexities of the beverage. With The Collective Fitness, Miguel is bringing his dream and vision to life.

With over six years of experience in the industry, João brings a wealth of expertise to assist individuals in reaching their health and wellness goals. Armed with a Bachelor’s degree in Sports Science and a Master’s degree in Exercise Physiology, he has further sharpened his skills by successfully completing the Level 2 CrossFit Coach and CrossFit Kids Course. His passion for promoting a healthy lifestyle drives him to continuously enhance his skills and knowledge, ultimately making a positive impact on people’s lives. Throughout his career, Joao has worked extensively with both groups and individuals, gaining valuable insights into various training and motivation approaches. Whether you’re striving for fitness goals or seeking to improve overall wellness, Joao is committed to guiding you on your journey to optimal health.

Marie Keutler

TCF Recharge Coach

Marie’s passion for movement originated in her early years as a gymnast and dancer, laying the foundation for her dedicated path as a yoga instructor. Her teaching philosophy goes beyond the mat, encouraging you to explore an experience that goes beyond physical postures.In her own yoga practice, Marie discovered the profound art of honouring the body without conditions, free from external expectations. Immerse yourself in her classes, where dynamic Vinyasa flows are crafted to harmonise the rhythm of breath and intention, guiding your movement towards happier and healthier self. Beyond the world of yoga, Marie brings a unique blend of expertise to The Collective Fitness. With a BSc in Psychology and a MA in Psychotherapy, she seamlessly integrates psychotherapy insights into her classes offering a holistic approach to personal growth. Each class becomes an opportunity to explore a personal practice, embracing movement that resonates with you as an individual.

Our Unlimited Membership allows you to attend as many classes as you want. It also includes unlimited Open-Gym access, which allows you to use our functional fitness area and facilities in between class times at your own leisure.

Our Three Times plan allows you to make up to three bookings per week, catering to those with busy schedules or other commitments.

Our Open Gym membership grants you access to daily training sessions, available seven days a week. You can utilize our facilities during non-class hours exclusively. An excellent option for individuals with a higher level of independence in their training and a compatible schedule.
